Cleversquirrel Limited, whose registered office is at Westons Place, Warnham, West Sussex, RH12 3QQ (Registered in England No: 6732967) trading as Cleversquirrel ("Cleversquirrel"), operates www.cleversquirrel.com (the "Website").

Cleversquirrel costs relating to the Money Back Plan™
You receive 75% of all adviser charges claimed from policies. Cleversquirrel retains 25% to cover the cost of checking whether each policy contains charges that can be reclaimed, monitoring the money received month after month, maintaining the website and all the support services. Out of this sum is deducted any bank charges and fees incurred in distributing the money back to you. It also funds the cost of providing you with help on any policy you register, if you need it.
Privacy
Cleversquirrel's privacy policy forms part of these terms of service. By agreeing to these terms of service, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal information under our privacy policy.
Links
The Website may contain links to the websites of charities and other organisations, whether charities or otherwise.
