The three individuals who recommend the most people to join Cleversquirrel will have their favourite charity added to the panel. Joining them on the panel will be the three leading charity Fundraising Teams, representing small, medium and large charities. The closing date is 31 October 2010 and the charities will remain on the panel for the next 12 months.

- The awards will be presented in November 2010
- Individuals: The three leading individuals who've recommended the most friends who have a live page at the closing date will each be awarded trophies and the charities they're supporting at the closing date will be included on the Panel for the whole of the forthcoming year
- Individuals: If one leading individual supports the same charity as another leading individual or a leading charity fundraising team, the next leading individual's charity will be selected for the Panel, although the individual won't be presented with a trophy
- Individuals: Any leading individual who has selected the Cleversquirrel Charities Panel as their charity to support at the closing date will be entitled to nominate a charity of their choice for the Panel
- Individuals: This is open to any individual who isn't a member of a charity’s fundraising team or isn't connected in any way to Cleversquirrel
- Fundraisers: The three leading charity fundraising teams will be based on the turnover of the charity as reported in the charity's latest accounts published on the Charity Commission website: one from each of the following sections defined by gross turnover ~ under £1m; £1m to £10m; over £10m
- Fundraisers: This is open to the fundraising team of any registered charity or good cause that has a live charity page on Cleversquirrel at the closing date
- Any charity selected for the Panel must have a live page on Cleversquirrel and should they deactivate their page during the year, they'll be replaced on the Panel with another charity
- No alternative cash prize will be offered
